The Time Has Come To Stand Strong! PROTEST TIME!

Hello All,

Walt here. We have set the official date for our BIG PROTEST against the Philadelphia Ride the Duck Tours so we can finally stop those awful quackers! Come one, Come all! We need everyone's support and by the responses I have received since I started this campaign I am confident we will have a strong presence. The official Date is April 4th at 10AM where Race Street meets the water, AKA the boarding area for the Duck Rides. More news to come soon. Save the date!

Thanks,
Walt

You need to seriously find something better to invest your energy and anger in. I think you should start by silencing yourself. Sincerely, Get A. Life

Not only are the ugly, noisy and polluting, but the ducks are making already fat tourists fatter. Between the ducks and the horse carriages, which are cruel to the poorly treated horses, tourists in Philly should get off their asses and walk around the city. Where else could you walk on the same bricks and stones that Franklin, Adams & Washington walked on!

I support Walt's efforts to silence the ducks. Their an eyesore and an ear sore. We'll be there on April 4th to show our support.

seriously, people?! you live in the CITY! i would only assume a city dweller would be accustomed to noise, exhaust, and tourists doing silly things. i mean, you live in THE primary touristy area of philadelphia. a better idea - YOU should move away, because the last thing our city needs is people with such a bad attitude deterring future tourism.

furthermore... if you have a valid problem with the company itself, act like grownps and complain to the management face-to-face. but don't ruin the tourists' experience. they paid good money to ride those ducks. how would you like it if i showed up screaming with nasty signs at your wedding, or the funeral of a family member, because i held a personal grudge against the venue?

I could have sworn that "Walt" was a tour guide for the ducks... Did you get dissed? Are you now seeking some sort of revenge on the company? Let it go... Try monster.com - I know the economy is a bit rough now, but direct your efforts towards something a bit more productive. And less petty and annoying. The Ducks are providing a service and I have recently ridden... They pull down the curtains and ask us to be quiet for certain parts of the ride. Yet, that's still not enough for you... Crusade on...
